Superintendent Shawn Hayes and crew maintain 88 miles of town roads: snow and ice removal (8 routes), pothole and road repair, drainage and storm drains, signs, and brush cutting. Report a pothole, a missing road sign, a clogged catch basin, or a mailbox damaged by plowing. Summer hours 6am–4:30pm Mon–Thu; winter hours 6am–2:30pm Mon–Fri.

Lansingburgh Central School District

The district serving many Speigletown families (ZIP 12182) — home of the Knights. Its four schools are Rensselaer Park and Turnpike elementary schools, Knickerbacker Middle School, and Lansingburgh High School.
