The Speigletown District Volunteer Fire Company holds community breakfasts at the firehouse — a long-running tradition and one of the easiest ways to meet neighbors while supporting the volunteers who answer our emergency calls.
- When: The 2nd Sunday of the month, October through May, 7:30–11:30 AM
- Where: The firehouse, 146 Speigletown Road (Route 40), Troy, NY 12182
- Why it matters: Proceeds support equipment, training, and community programs
The company also runs seasonal traditions through the year — an Easter Bunny parade, the Browns Brewing Firehouse Chili Cookoff, a spring chicken BBQ, a September calendar drive, and the annual golf tournament at Frear Park.
See the Fire Department page for contacts, the full events list, and how to volunteer.
