The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Schaghticoke met at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
Regular meeting — 7:00 PM
Roll call took place.
Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman), Rich Geddis, Kristin Griswold, Lettie Saheim, and Jay Shover. Absent: None. Elizabeth Hale, Clerk, was present.
The Board opened the meeting (McDonough · Geddis · all) and approved the November 7, 2024 minutes (Saheim moved, Griswold seconded; Geddis abstained, having been absent that month).
Chairman McDonough reported that he had received no inquiries by phone, email, or correspondence, and there were no topics for consideration or discussion.
The Board adjourned at 7:09 p.m. (Saheim · Shover · all).
