The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Schaghticoke met at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman), Kristin Griswold, Lettie Saheim, and Jay Shover. Absent: Rich Geddis. Elizabeth Hale, Clerk, was present.

Inquiry — detached garage on Hayes Road
Chairman McDonough reported a phone call from a resident who owns property in the Residential Agricultural district on Hayes Road and is considering building a garage, with the footprint dimensions not yet determined. The Chairman gave the caller the setbacks the Zoning Code requires for a proposed detached garage in an RA district.
