Inquiry — subdividing a two-house parcel on Route 40
A resident asked about subdividing a 2.49-acre parcel in the Residential Agricultural district on NYS Route 40 that holds two older houses, so that each dwelling would sit on its own lot and one could be sold. Chairman McDonough explained that, before a Planning Board subdivision, area variances would be needed for the side-yard setbacks between the houses and for the minimum lot density required by the Zoning Code.
The Board adjourned at 7:33 p.m. (McDonough · Geddis · all).
Respectfully submitted by Elizabeth Hale, Clerk.
