The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Schaghticoke met at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Roll call took place.
Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman), Kristin Griswold, and Jay Shover. Absent: Rich Geddis and Lettie Saheim. Elizabeth Hale, Clerk, was present.
Without a quorum of the members who had attended the January 4 or April 4 meetings, the Board could not approve those minutes; they will be reviewed at the June meeting. The Board approved the March 7, 2024 minutes (McDonough · Griswold · all).
The Chairman reported that he had received no inquiries, in any form, over the past month.
