Town Board

Wednesday, April 10, 2024

Unofficial summary. This is a community summary of the town's official minutes, provided so the record is searchable and readable. It condenses the meeting and may omit detail. Some private individuals’ personal details have been left out. The official signed PDF is the complete record of authority.

A note on the link above: the town’s PDF of these minutes is no longer available on the town’s website, so the “Official PDF” link is an unaltered copy we host. It is a scan, so the text in it is not searchable — our summary above is. For a certified copy, ask the Town Clerk.

Public comment

A resident asked what the Town Hall and highway garage repairs would involve. Supervisor Salisbury said the Town Hall needs exterior painting and window upgrades, and the highway garage would have its salt-shed roof repaired and two new overhead doors installed.

Matt Value, Pleasantdale Fire Chief, asked about the washout on Irish Road and described the fire department’s upcoming 100-year anniversary celebration — festivities all day on July 13, 2024, beginning with a parade at 10 a.m.

With no other public comment, the Board adjourned at 6:56 p.m. (Fogarty · Rustin · all).

Respectfully submitted by Jennifer Molesky, Town Clerk.
