The Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke met in regular session at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Supervisor Salisbury and Councilmen Akin, Fogarty, Rustin, and Ward.
Public hearing — 2024 town budget

- Budget transfers from fund balance: $32,000 for paving repairs (Rustin · Ward · all); $30,000 for the salt-shed roof (Akin · Ward · all); $988 for a liability-insurance increase (Akin · Fogarty · all); and $5,000 for a server install (Ward · Fogarty · all).
- Shawn Hayes, Highway Superintendent, gave his water and sewer report.
