The Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke met in regular session at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Supervisor Salisbury and Councilmen Akin, Fogarty, Rustin, and Ward.

Department reports
- Frank Alessandrini, Planning Board Chairman, noted the Planning Board is down one member, who has moved out of the Town of Schaghticoke.
- Shawn Hayes, Highway Superintendent, reported that paving is complete and there was another water-main break on Calhoun Drive.
Business
- Bills dated June 14, 2023, totaling $1,092,255.87, approved (Akin · Rustin · all).
- Budget transfer: increased DB5112.2 and DB3501 by $23,524 for increased CHIPS funding (Ward · Rustin · all).
- Budget transfer: increased A1420.4 and decreased A1990.4 by $4,000 for legal fees in the Al’s Towing matter (Akin · Ward · all).
- Adjusted the rates for water meters and accessories (resolution on file with the Town Clerk) (Fogarty · Rustin · all).
- Approved solar agreements on town property (Host Community Agreement on file) (Akin · Ward · all).
- Approved the purchase of two new trucks from Navistar Inc. of Loudonville — 2024/2025 International HV507 4×2 single-axle trucks: a plow truck at $232,078 and a wing truck at $252,278 (Rustin · Akin · all).
