The Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke met in regular session on April 8, 2026 at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, at 6:30 p.m.

Dog law / licensing fees. Supervisor Salisbury opened a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to amend sections 57-15, 16 and 17 of the Town dog law, discussing updates to the dog licensing fees. Highway Superintendent residency. Supervisor Salisbury opened a public hearing at 6:33 p.m. to amend Article II of Chapter 30 of the Town Code relating to the residency of the Highway Superintendent. A resident asked several questions about the Highway Superintendent position and the proposed amendment.
