Regular meeting — 7:00 PM
Members present: Frank Alessandrini (Chairman), Kasey Casas, Elizabeth Hale, Peter Klotz, and Vince Ragone. Absent: Dan Clow and Chris Reynolds. Austin Scarborough, Attorney, was present.
Approval of prior minutes
There was not a quorum present to review the minutes of the October 1, 2025 meeting; those minutes will be entertained at the January 7, 2026 meeting. The November 5, 2025 minutes were reviewed and approved as submitted. Motion: Klotz · Second: Ragone · Ayes: Alessandrini, Casas, Hale, Klotz, Ragone · Nays: None.
Dusenberry Winery/Vineyard and Tasting Room — zoning compliance
Chairman Alessandrini stated that the operation of the Dusenberry Winery/Vineyard and Tasting Room, located on a 14± acre parcel in a Hamlet District off Fogarty Road, is in compliance with the Zoning Code. The farm has been in continuous agricultural operation, producing hay for many years; therefore, submitting an application to the Planning Board for a Special Use Permit to operate the tasting room and business is not warranted.
Other business
- Code enforcement. Building Inspector Scott Frisino did not submit a Code Enforcement report to the Board.
- Training. Chairman Alessandrini reminded members of the need to complete four hours of training, and noted that “Learn at Lunch” hourly workshops are available online through the New York Planning Federation.
