The Town Board of the Town of Schaghticoke met in regular session on August 13, 2025 at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Supervisor Salisbury; Councilmen Fogarty, Rustin, and Ward. Absent: Councilman Akin.
Approval of prior minutes

Reports from department heads
- Shawn Hayes, Highway Superintendent, gave his highway, water, and sewer report.
- Chris Kelly, Town Historian, noted an important anniversary coming up: next year is the 350th year since the planting of the peace tree, which is the Town’s logo. She is planning to coordinate a celebration event with Leslie Alan.
