Public hearings
There were none.
Regular meeting — 7:05 PM
Roll call took place.
Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman) and Kristin Griswold. Absent: Rich Geddis, Lettie Saheim, and Jay Shover. Elizabeth Hale, Clerk, was present.
Only two Board members were present, so there was no quorum and no formal business was conducted. The January 2, 2025 minutes will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting in March.
Inquiry noted — Burniche (151 Turner Road)
Chairman McDonough reported a phone inquiry from Joe Burniche about a proposed two-car 36′ × 47′ garage with a second-floor one-bedroom in-law apartment at 151 Turner Road, on a 4.77± acre lot with an existing dwelling. The front, rear, and westerly side-yard setbacks would be met, but the easterly side-yard setback is proposed at 15 feet, so the Chairman advised Mr. Burniche to apply for a 15-foot area variance to meet the Zoning Code’s 30-foot side-yard setback. Mr. Burniche said he planned to submit an application at the March meeting so a public hearing could be scheduled.
The meeting concluded at 7:20 p.m.
Respectfully submitted by Elizabeth Hale, Clerk.
