Regular meeting
Chairman Ed McDonough opened the meeting at 7:12 p.m. with roll call. Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman) and Lettie Saheim. Absent: Rich Geddis, Kristin Griswold, and Jason Shover. Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt and Clerk Elizabeth Hale were present.
Because there was no quorum, the Board was unable to consider or approve the minutes of the August 4, 2022 meeting; those minutes will be reviewed at the October meeting. There was no business at hand.
