Public hearing — MS4 annual report
Supervisor Salisbury opened the public hearing on the MS4 (municipal separate storm sewer system) annual report at 6:30 p.m. MS4 coordinator Brian Davidson prepares the report annually and it is submitted to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.

Department reports
- Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes gave the highway and water/sewer report.
- Town Historian Chris Kelly has been working with Christine Barton, a writer for The Express, on a piece about the local drum and bugle corps; many people have responded with information, and the group received a book on drum and bugle corps that credits Councilman Rustin. Kelly also reported on attending the Rensselaer County Historians meeting, where the 250th anniversary of the Revolutionary War and the importance of the Battle of Saratoga were discussed.
Financial actions
- Budget transfer of $1,500 (inc. 11101.01 / dec. 19904.01) for transitional assistance from Judge Arnold (Akin · Fogarty — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Reimburse $131,039 of ARPA funds (Rustin · Ward — Ayes: all; Nays: none)

- $30,000 — COVID expense for the Hoosic Valley Rescue Squad

Public comment
A resident of Meadowview Drive said the street is used as a cut-through by delivery trucks and cars reaching Route 40, often at excessive speed, and that a seam in the road causes loud noise when trucks hit it.
