Minutes of the Town Board, Town of Schaghticoke — February 9, 2022, at 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, NY. The Board met in regular session at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Present were Supervisor Salisbury and Councilmen Akin, Fogarty, Rustin, and Ward.

- Town Clerk bills from the Scheduled Payment Report dated February 9, 2022 approved, total $1,374,210.57 (Fogarty · Rustin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Increase the billing water rate for Consolidated Water District #1 by $0.15 per 100 cubic feet, due to an increase in the rate from the City of Troy (Fogarty · Akin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Accept the judges’ audits for both judges for 2021 (Fogarty · Salisbury — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Contract the Speigletown pump station upgrade with Metropolitan Industries, once the contract has been reviewed by the Town attorney (Akin · Rustin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
