Chairman McDonough stated that Town Attorney David Brennan had offered to attend in the absence of Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt, but since there was no business on the agenda, he felt Attorney Brennan’s attendance was unnecessary. There were no attendees from the public, and no e-mails, phone calls, or written material had been submitted to the Chairman. There was no business to discuss.
