Regular meeting of the Town Board, Town of Schaghticoke — June 9, 2021, held at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, at 6:30 p.m. Present were Supervisor Salisbury and Councilmen Akin, Fogarty, Rustin, and Westhead.

Department head reports
- Supervisor Salisbury reported that a large framed picture of the Schaghticoke dam had been donated by a professional photographer who grew up in the town and had shown the picture in an art show near her home. There was discussion of possibly using ARPA money for water and broadband.
- Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes reported three water main breaks on Calhoun Drive, likely caused by the City of Troy turning water off and on while installing new lines; discussion of extending water part way up Mineral Springs Road; and that the department was getting ready for paving.
- Town Historian Chris Kelly reported that the Presbyterian Church’s stained glass windows in the Village were deteriorating and too costly to repair, with an effort to save the top window and the 1894 dedication panel. She also noted two parties were discussing cleanup of the Lutheran Church cemetery on Northline Drive.

- Town Clerk’s bills from the Scheduled Payment Report of June 9, 2021, totaling $212,115.67, approved (Fogarty · Rustin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
