Office of the Town Board, Town of Schaghticoke — September 9, 2020, via Zoom at 6:30 PM. Present were Supervisor Salisbury and Councilmen Akin, Fogarty, Rustin, and Westhead.

- Bills from the Town Clerk approved from the Scheduled Payment Report dated September 9, 2020, total $267,822.16 (Rustin · Fogarty — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
Reports
Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes gave his water and sewer report and noted the three remaining roads to be paved were completed. Councilman Rustin asked about painting the speed bumps in Pleasantdale; Superintendent Hayes said he has someone scheduled to do that later in the week. Councilman Akin asked how many miles were paved this year, and the Superintendent said he would get that information to the board.

- Re-appoint Dillon Cail to the Board of Assessment Review (Akin · Fogarty — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Extend the service agreement to ERCSWMA (Westhead · Rustin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
- Finance a new water truck (Akin · Rustin — Ayes: all; Nays: none) through the following transfers: increase SW2-8310.2 and decrease fund balance by $19,538; increase SW1-8310.2 and decrease SW1 Reserve by $19,000; increase SW6-8310.2 and decrease SW6 Reserve by $19,000.
