The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Schaghticoke met via Zoom videoconference under Executive Order 202.1 on Thursday, September 3, 2020. Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt explained the Zoom application and noted the meeting was recorded, would be posted, and transcribed. The Chairman opened the meeting at 7:30 PM with roll call.
Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman), Rich Geddis, Kristin Griswold, Jason Shover. Absent: Lettie Saheim. Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt and Clerk Elizabeth Hale were present.

Inquiries
- A prospective out-of-town buyer considering purchase of a home on a 1.98-acre parcel in an RA district on Sliter Road inquired about Zoning Code regulations for keeping two pet goats. Because the parcel does not meet the minimum acreage for keeping livestock, an area variance would be required.
- Dallas Manson, Business Development Representative for Nexamp, Inc., called about the Zoning Code requirement for an 8½-foot-high fence to be installed at the Stillwater Bridge Road Solar Farm (owned by Gary and Clifford Viall), noting difficulty finding reasonably priced 8½-foot fencing and possible interest in an area variance. The Chairman explained the application and hearing process, and Attorney Pratt said she would reach out to Ms. Manson.
