- Budget transfer — increase SW2-8310.4 by $38,750 for repair of the water pipe on the bridge (Rustin · Akin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
Reports
- Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes gave his highway and water/sewer report, noting he was glad to be back full time since May 4 and that he would not be able to complete all scheduled road paving due to the Governor cutting CHIPS funding.
- Town Historian Chris Kelly reported on her research on the history of Pleasantdale (up to 1925) and Schaghticoke around 1920, including an Express article about the 1918 flu pandemic and its similarities to the current pandemic, and research on local men in the Revolution.
Old business and actions
- The water pipe on the bridge from Hemstreet Park to Mechanicville has been repaired.
- Set a public hearing for a proposed local law amending the zoning map for the Ragone property at NYS Route 40 (east side) and Fogarty Road (Tax Map 71.-2-4.13), from Hamlet to Commercial, for June 10, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall if allowed or via Zoom (Westhead · Fogarty — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
Public comment
Applicant Vince Ragone extended an invitation to the Town Board to view the property for the proposed zoning change before the public hearing. A resident commented that there had been dirt bikes and golf carts on the roads and on public property on Skyline Drive. Town Attorney Dave Brennan checked for additional comments on Zoom; there being none, the Supervisor called for adjournment.

MS4 stormwater public hearing
Supervisor Salisbury opened a public hearing on the MS4 report at 6:51 PM. The annual stormwater MS4 report is prepared by June 1 by Brian Davidson; the report is over 60 pages. There being no public comment, the Board voted to accept the MS4 report (Rustin · Akin — Ayes: all; Nays: none). Submitted by Jennifer Molesky, Town Clerk.
