Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes gave his highway and water/sewer report. Town Historian Chris Kelly reported that the Schaghticoke American Legion is celebrating its 100th anniversary (the American Legion was started by American soldiers in Europe in 1919) and that she is revising her book about veterans.
