Office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Schaghticoke — March 7, 2019, at the Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose. The meeting opened at 7:36 p.m.
Present: Ed McDonough (Chairman), Rich Geddis, and Jason Shover. Absent: Kristin Griswold and Lettie Saheim. Also present: Kristin Pratt (Deputy Town Attorney) and Elizabeth Hale (Clerk).
Regular meeting
- Because there was not a quorum of members present who had also attended the February 2019 meeting, the Board could not consider or approve the February 7, 2019 minutes; they will be reviewed at the April meeting.
- Approximately six students from the Hoosic Valley Central High School Government class attended, and Chairman McDonough took their questions about the function and responsibilities of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
- Chairman McDonough noted a workshop meeting scheduled for March 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for further discussion of the rough draft of the Zoning Law review.
