Regular meeting
Members present: Wayne Akin, Dan Clow, Brian Davidson, Robert Weir, and Scott Wiley. Chairman Frank Alessandrini and Elizabeth Hale were absent. Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt was present. Brian Davidson ran the meeting in the Chairman’s absence.

There was no new or old business, and no one appeared before the Board.
Other
- Brian Davidson noted that the Zoning Review Committee has a meeting scheduled for February 21, 2019. Chairman Alessandrini had generated a draft of the proposed amendments to discuss; Deputy Town Attorney Kristin Pratt said she would ask that the draft be circulated in advance.
- The Board discussed the zoning enforcement lawsuit recently filed by the Town over the operation of a scrap/junkyard at 10 Riley Road. The court issued a temporary restraining order preventing the landowners from importing additional scrap/junk and from operating a junkyard at the property. Another appearance was scheduled for February 14, 2019 to hear argument on the Town’s request for a preliminary injunction. The Town’s goal is a court-ordered stipulation directing removal of the scrap/junk and permanently enjoining use of the property as a scrap/junkyard.
