- Highway Superintendent Shawn Hayes gave his Highway and Water/Sewer report. Historian Chris Kelly noted the 100-year anniversary of the end of WWI and her participation in Valley Falls Old Home Days on September 22.

- A property owner inquired about changing his parcel of land from commercial to RA.
- A resident asked whether Bevis Road is an abandoned road; because the owner never signed an agreement to abandon the road, it is still considered an open road.
