Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Schaghticoke — March 14, 2018, Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, NY, 7:00 PM. Present were Supervisor Carlson and Councilmen Fogarty and Westhead; Councilmen Akin and Rustin (as noted). Supervisor Carlson welcomed the government students from Hoosic Valley High School.
