• Bills from the Town Clerk’s Scheduled Payment Report dated February 14, 2018, total $1,359,970.18, approved (Westhead · Akin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).

New business

• Interdistrict loan: approved a $26,000 loan from Water District #3 to Sewer District #2 for unexpected repairs to the pump station in 2017 (Akin · Westhead — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
• Public hearing set: for the 2018 service contracts, March 14 at 7:05 PM (Akin · Westhead — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
• Audit acknowledged: the judges’ and town clerk’s books have been audited by Town Board members (Akin · Fogarty — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
• Cold War veterans exemption: scheduled a public hearing for February 27, 2018 at 6:00 PM (special meeting) on a proposed local law amending Town Code Section 112-10(C)(3) to remove the 10-year sunset and adopt modifications to the real property tax exemption for Cold War veterans (Fogarty · Akin — Ayes: all; Nays: none).
