Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Schaghticoke — January 10, 2018, Town Hall, 290 Northline Drive, Melrose, NY, 7:00 PM. Present were Councilmen Rustin, Akin, Westhead, and Fogarty. Supervisor Carlson was absent; Councilman Rustin conducted the meeting.

Public comment
- A resident questioned the town/village coverage of the Building Inspector; the Town Clerk will research past minutes for a resolution addressing the question.
- Building Inspector Don Bugbee spoke at length about an issue at 30 Main Street involving the conversion of a garage to four apartments without a Building Permit.
